What is dermaplaning?

Dermaplaning is a non-invasive treatment that uses a sterile surgical blade to gently remove dead skin cells and fine facial hair (sometimes called “peach fuzz”) from the surface of the skin.

This treatment helps to:

  • Improve skin brightness and texture

  • Allow skincare products to absorb more effectively

What is threading?

Threading is a traditional hair removal technique with roots in ancient Indian beauty practices. A fine cotton thread is twisted and rolled across the skin to remove unwanted hairs directly from the follicle.

It is particularly popular for:

  • Eyebrow shaping

  • Upper lip hair removal

  • Facial hair removal

Threading allows for excellent precision, making it ideal for creating clean, well-defined brows.

What is electrolysis?

Electrolysis is a method of permanent hair removal that targets individual hair follicles. A very fine probe is inserted into the follicle and a small electrical current destroys the root of the hair, preventing regrowth.

Electrolysis is commonly used for:

  • Small areas such as the chin or upper lip

  • Stubborn hairs that remain after other treatments

  • Clients seeking a permanent solution for specific hairs
